Tami holds a graduate degree in Business Administration. She was employed by best-selling author, Keith Ferazzi, where she was responsible for developing and implementing outreach plans and events that assisted some of the country's top executive and entrepreneurs in effectively reaching their personal, civic and business goals. In this role, Tami was fortunate to execute winning plans for Home Depot, Marriott and Hyatt Hotels, Disney Entertainment, Quixote Studios and more. This experience gave her an deep understanding on how to effectively network, build strategic business relationships and provided her the first opportunity at business coaching.
Following her career with Keith Ferazzi, Tami immediately went solo as an event planner. As an entrepreneur and veteran wedding planner, Tami is passionate about delivering a solid foundation for wedding professionals and to provide them with high level education and tools that will assist them in successfully jump starting their wedding businesses. Tami firmly believes that every wedding business owner deserves the opportunity to be positioned for the greatest level of success possible.

LISA SMITH owner of Gabbi Grace Events
Lisa Smith has been planning events for over 10 years. With the support and encouragement of her husband she decided to dedicate her life to doing what she loved . . . helping and serving others. In 2007, after becoming a full-time, Certified Professional Wedding Planner, she founded Gabbi Grace Events, named after her beautiful daughters.
Not only does Lisa coordinate and execute every detail for her clients, she also teaches the Certified Professional Wedding Planning Course at Macomb Community College. She is an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants {ABC} and holds the position as the Chairperson for the Hospitality Committee for the Michigan Chapter of ABC. Further, Lisa is also a certified butterfly release specialist.
When asked what she loves the most about being a wedding planner, she says:
"All things beautiful - the sweet smell of buttercream frosting, the love and romance of the wedding day, meeting amazing people and seeing incredible places and things."
As an entrepreneur, wedding planner, teacher, daughter, wife and mother, Lisa knows the level of hard work and dedication is takes to succeed in this business. She is very passionate about working with and educating wedding professionals. She is invested in creating a platform for education that provides wedding pros an opportunity to supplement their certification with the type of knowledge that will give them the confidence they need to get out there and be the wedding business owner they dream to be.
